Return & Refund Policy

Unopened Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email hello@lune-be.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Once the item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the item unless we ask you to.

Opened Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
